Native Texan Jane Brennan-Martin found her true calling in residential real estate sales after a successful 15-year career in public relations, marketing, advertising, and event planning. Included among Jane’s high-profile clients was the late George Mitchell and his innovative projects in The Woodlands and on Galveston Island. Working for Mitchell opened her eyes to the opportunities of real estate as a career and, when the time was right, she made the transition.
Jane’s outstanding success in real estate is no surprise as she has a proven record for hard work, integrity, knowledge, and persistence. Known for a hands-on approach and attention to detail, Jane embraces real estate sales’ fast pace and is available seven days a week for her loyal clients. She is personally involved in all steps of the buying and selling process and works hard to provide a pleasant, seamless transaction for all involved.
As a Houstonian for more than 45 years, Jane has had the opportunity to live in The Rice University Area including West University Place, Tanglewood, and the Memorial Villages. Jane also brings a comprehensive knowledge of the Houston market that few can match. Her sales range from $300,000 to multi-million-dollar estates in River Oaks, Museum District, Bellaire, Memorial, West Houston, The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Sienna Plantation, Galveston and many others.
Communication is Jane's hallmark and she strongly believes that keeping both buyers and sellers informed is one of the main components of her success. She provides immediate feedback to her sellers from potential buyers and sends regular updates of new listings and price reductions to her buyers looking for a home.
Jane holds the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), and Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designations. A consistent multi-million-dollar producer since 2008, she was named by Texas Monthly magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent. Jane has also been included as a top producer in the Houston Business Journal Book of Lists and recognized by HBJ for selling some of the most expensive homes in Houston. She is relocation certified and assists corporate transferees moving to and from Houston.
A dedicated volunteer, Jane has been an important influence for many charitable organizations. In addition to serving as a National Charity League Patroness, she has supported K-9 Angels Rescue, Kids' Meals, Memorial Assistance Ministries, The Center and Yellowstone Academy, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Casa de Esperanza, and SEARCH Homeless Services. When time allows, Jane enjoys spending time with her two daughters, extended family, and many friends.
